The 18V LXT 2-1/2" Straight Finish Nailer, 16 Gauge (XNB05) delivers class-leading cordless performance with up to 1.5x faster nailing speeds* and can powerfully drive nails sub-flush in both hardwood and softwood applications.

The Straight Finish Nailer features a slim nose design that allows easy nailing access in confined areas and assists with accurate nail placement. The XNB05 features an ultra-compact ergonomic design and weighs only 6.6 lbs with battery for improved maneuverability (battery sold separately). It is equipped with an anti-dry fire mechanism engineered to help prevent driving blanks.

The Straight Finish Nailer features a two-mode selector switch that allows the operator to select sequential nailing or bump fire options. The Straight Finish Nailer features a Òtool-less" depth adjustment engineered for more precise flush and countersink nailing.

The XNB05 is engineered to drive the most nails per charge in its class with up to 2,750 nails per charge with a 5.0Ah battery and up to 1,100 nails with a 2.0Ah 18V LXT battery (batteries sold separately). It drives a range of 16-gauge nails from 3/4" to 2-1/2" and features a magazine capacity of up to 110 nails. It features a "tool-less" easy to clear nose for fast nail extraction.
