Panasonic Warranty Information
Matsushita Home and Commercial Products Company, ("Panasonic"), will repair or replace, at Panasonic's option, this product, free of charge in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship as follows:
Parts
New or rebuilt parts in exchange for defective parts for one (1) year from the date of original
purchase.
Battery Pac/Battery
Battery packs and batteries are warranted for a period of one year from the date of original purchase.
Labor
Carry-in or mail-in service for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Carry-in or
mail-in service in the continental U.S.A. can be obtained during the warranty period from an
authorized Panasonic service center listed in the service canter directory, or, in the continental
U.S.A., call 201-392-6655/Power Tool Department, to locate an authorized Panasonic service center.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt of other proof of date
of original purchase will be required before warranty performance is rendered.
This warranty does not cover damage which occurs in shipment or failures which are caused by
products nor supplied by Panasonic, or failures which result from normal wear, accident misuse,
abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, modification, overloading the product
beyond its rated capacity, using the product with an improper accessory or service by anymore other
than an authorized Panasonic service center, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
Limits & Exclusions
There are no express warranties except as listed above.
PANASONIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF
THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO
THE APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state. If a problem with this product develops during or after the warranty period,
you may contact your authorized service center. If the problem is not handled to your satisfaction,

If you are dissatisfied with any Panasonic Cordless Power Tool, for any reason,
simply return it to the place of purchase, with proof of purchase, in the original packaging, with
all accessories, parts and instructions, within 30 days of the date of purchase, for a full refund
or call Panasonic at 201-392-6655.
Abuse or misapplication of any power tool voids the guarantee.
