UPS does not count weekends or holidays when determining a delivery date. Saturday delivery is available and the cost
is an extra $25.00. The on-line system does not offer this option but you can specify that in the comment
section of the order form.
All air rates subject to verification. We have tried very hard to factor in all the variables of calculating
these rates accurately. If for some reason the charge is not correct, we reserve the right to re-quote the
shipping charge.
NOTE: Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST are usually shipped same day. If you absolutely must have a
tool by a certain date, please indicate that on the order form in the comment section. Remember, do not
count weekends or holidays. For example: an order placed on a Wednesday, before 12:00 Noon EST, for "3rd-Day" priority delivery arrives on Monday.
If the order is placed later than 12:00 Noon EST, please assume that the order will ship the following day. |

Orders to all other destinations are based on actual weight. We use Postal Service, UPS
and several other overseas carriers to find the best possible rates.
We ship most orders the same day if they are received by 12:00 Noon EST.

All charges are based on weight using the actual UPS rates. United States orders can be shipped priority:
Next-Day, Second-Day or Third-Day Air. Worldwide orders are shipped via UPS International
Express with deliveries ranging from 2 to 5 days.
Both priority and worldwide orders are calculated at checkout before giving any personal information. |
