We do not, have not and will not sell or give away any information collected as a result of your visit to our web site.

This includes email address, mailing address or buying history. We reserve the right to contact you regarding an order placed and once completed will not contact you again.

We do not store or record any sensitive personal information including your address or credit card number on this web site.

Policy for Festool Sales Only
To be an authorized Festool dealer it is required that we provide customers name, address, phone number and Festool tool purchase with Festool USA for the purposes of tool registration.

SELLING POLICY

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. We will also ship with check in advance.

RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES

We will refund you the entire purchase price of any UNUSED item for any reason. Simply pack the item up and mail or ship it back to us. Please enclose a note or copy of your invoice so that we can promptly credit your account. We will credit you the same way as you paid us (ie credit card or check). You are still responsible for the freight charges both to you and back to us. All freight charges are credited if the mistake was ours. Please note that many of the Power Tool manufacturers offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We honor every one of those guarantee's. For example, Milwaukee Electric has a 30-day guarantee. You can buy any Milwaukee Tool and use it for 30 days. At the end of 30 days you can return the tool for a complete refund, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Again, you would be responsible for the freight charges, both to and back.

Shipping charges for orders in the continental USA are based on cost of item(s):

Orders to all other destinations are based on actual weight. We use Postal Service, UPS and several other overseas carriers to find the best possible rates.
