Features
Feed Rate Selection. Provides instant speeds of 14 to 63 fpm by simply reversing gears. When a separate set of gears are inserted, speeds of 26 to 33 fpm are obtained.
Rugged, Efficient Drive System. Continuous duty motor powers the lubricated gear box which transmits power to roller-chains and sprockets that drive feed rollers. This superior system assures positive feeding of all types of materials.
Exceptionally Versatile. This Stock Feeder makes high volume production shaping a simple operation. May be used on the Delta 10" Unisaw for fast, repetitive ripping.
Fully Adjustable Support Columns. Feeders come equipped with sturdy vertical and horizontal support columns and universal joints that feature either "T" or "L" locking mechanisms for securing feeders into horizontal, vertical or angled-feeding positions. Large handwheels move feeders horizontally or vertically along columns. Four bolts hold vertical support column to table surface.
Sure-Grip Feed Rollers. Abrasion resistant rubberfeed rollers operate freely on needle bearings. Chain and sprocket-driven rollers are spring-loaded to ensure smooth feeding, even when stock varies in thickness.
Reliable motors. Stock Feeders are powered by continuous duty motors and feature a motor switch for making instant speed changes. A convenient oil plug removes for replenishing oil-bath gear box. |
