"Box Joint" Set 3-Wing with Ball Bearing Guide

The "Box Joint" set containing 3-wing slotting cutters and spacers fpor producing jewelry boxes, drawers, etc.
Complete with cutters, spacers, arbors and ball bearing to achieve 1/2" depth of cut. Recommended stock thickness
3/4" through 15/8". For material over 15/8", two passes will accomplish joints up to 3".

Tongue & Groove Assembly 2-Wing with Ball Bearing Guide

Can be used on 1/2" through 3/4" thick material. Tongue is cut as shown in assembly "A".
For groove cut, reassemble the tool as shown in "B". Instructions included.

Can be used for Tongue & Groove flooring or other applications requiring a wedge pattern type.
For 5/8" through 11/4" stock. Includes both tongue (#55412) and groove (#55410) bits.

Finger Joint Assembly 2-Wing with Ball Bearing Guide

With this assembly you can cut one-finger through five-fingers in one pass and above five-fingers in multiple passes.
Both cuts are performed the same way you simple turn over the counter-cut for a perfect fit. All cutters feature
"chipbreakers" behind each cutting tooth which limits the thickness of the chip, allowing for a safer cut. Assembly includes
5 individual finger cutters, 1/2" shank arbor, 1 straight cutter, ball bearing guide, shims, spacers, washers and complete
illustrated instructions. Can be used on 7/16"(1 finger) through 13/8" stock (5 fingers).

45° Lock Miter 2-Flute

First piece is cut flat (horizontal) and the second is cut perpendicular (vertical) to the first for a perfect fit.
There is no need to re-align the router depth provided that the wood is centered to the cutting edge of the bit.
Not recommended for use in a pin router nor a router table unless the length of your material can be handled easily.
For 1/2" through 7/8" material.

Glue Joint 2-Flute

The second piece is cut upside down to the first for a perfect fit. There is no need to realign the router depth
provided that the wood is centered to the cutting edge of the bit. For 5/8" through 1" material.
