SKIP-TOOTH |
Skip-tooth blades (standard) are excellent for fast cuts that provide smooth finishes. The wide gullets between the teeth clear away chips quickly and help cool the blade.
All blades are 5" in length with plain ends.
DOUBLE-TOOTH |
Double tooth blades have two teeth together followed by a wide gullet. They provide the chip-clearing advantages of skip-tooth blades while putting more teeth into thin stock for a smoother cut.
All blades are 5" in length with plain ends.
REVERSE-TOOTH |
Reverse-tooth blades have a skip-tooth design but with a number of the lower teeth cutting in reverse to eliminate underside tearout for a smooth, splinterless finish on both the top and bottom.
All blades are 5" in length with plain ends.
SPIRAL |
Spiral blades saw in all directions with 360° cutting capability no need to turn the work piece. Excellent for 0° radius scroll/fret work, and bevel cut letters and numbers.
All blades are 5" in length with plain ends.
THICK WOOD |
Thick, hook tooth wood blades have hardened and tempered teeth for extra blade life. They cut fast and are ideal for cutting thick stock or stacked wood up to 2" thick without burning.
Continuous teeth provide additional blade strength during tensioning process to assure accurate cuts and minimum blade breakage.
All blades are 5" in length with plain ends.
PRECISION GROUND TOOTH |
Precision ground tooth (PGT) blades are reverse-tooth, pre-tempered high carbon steel. Precision ground instead of milled to produce an ultra sharp edge for smoother, faster and more accurate cutting.
These blades minimize burning and provide a sand-free, splinterless finish. These blades are the best!
All blades are 5" in length with plain ends.
