Flap discs are made of overlapping cloth backed sandpaper segments that are designed to wear away, constantly exposing fresh new grains. Flap discs remove material quickly and leave a high quality finish.

Premium abrasive cloth provides up to 15X longer life than fiber esin discs. Zirconia grit for 3X faster material removal than fiber resin discs. Type 29 fiberglass backing provides optimum (10°-25°) grinding angle, allowing full use of the disc.
